About Course

The certified fitness trainer diploma offered by the TASS Academy of Sports Sciences is a comprehensive program designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the field of fitness training. This diploma consists of two levels: primary and advanced.

At the primary level, students will be introduced to the fundamental concepts of fitness training, including anatomy, physiology, exercise science, and nutrition. They will learn about different training methodologies, program design principles, and the importance of proper form and technique. Practical sessions and hands-on training will be provided to develop their coaching skills and ability to work with clients effectively.

The advanced level builds upon the foundation laid at the primary level and delves deeper into advanced training techniques, specialized training programs, and advanced nutrition strategies.

Students will study topics such as strength and conditioning, functional training, injury prevention, and client assessment and evaluation. They will also gain practical experience through internships and supervised training sessions.

Upon completion of the certified fitness trainer diploma, individuals will possess the expertise to design personalized fitness programs, guide clients in achieving their fitness goals, and provide valuable support and motivation throughout their fitness journey.
