Booking methods and payment systems:

• The trainee is committed to following all the terms and conditions set and reviewing the general system of the academy in the file sent by the academy supervisors.
• A reservation deposit of 20% of the total program fees is required.
• The reservation amount will be deposited to the supervising authorities within 24 hours of the reservation. If you wish to cancel the reservation after 24 hours, 50% of the reservation value will be deducted.
• The student is not entitled to a refund of the reservation amount after registering his data, because the amount is transferred to the supervising authorities.

Offline attendance system:

• The student starts in the nearest batch in the branch to which he is affiliated with the priority of reservation and according to the dates specified by the supervising authorities. The trainee does not have the right to cancel the reservation one week before the start of the program or once the batch schedule is announced. In the event of cancellation, he is not entitled to a refund of any financial amounts.
• The remaining amount must be paid no later than the third lecture of the training course. In the event of a violation, the study will be suspended until payment is made.
• The student is allowed to postpone the study for a maximum of 3 months from the date of reservation. If the student does not start during this period, the support will be lifted and the reservation will continue for a year, provided that the fees are completed at the price at the time of the start of the program. The reservation will be cancelled without any refund of fees after one year has passed from the date of reservation.
• In the event of registration and starting to pay, the study is not entitled to postponement after the third lecture, and in the event of postponement, the support will be lifted.
• In case of absence from attendance with an excuse, the concerned supervisor must be notified before the lecture time and no later than 24 hours after the lecture. Accordingly, the lecture will be compensated and opened online on the Academy’s website for 48 hours for adequate review.
• Compensatory lectures in the event of an excused absence only, with a maximum of two lectures online during the diploma period. In the event of absence of more than two lectures, the student shall bear a compensation fee for the lecture of 200 pounds online and 300 pounds offline.
• Certificates will not be approved and delivered unless all conditions are met and the success rate in the theoretical exam is 70% for those who have passed all the evaluation tests and 80% for those who have not passed any of the evaluation tests.
• In case of failure, the student will be required to take a re-examination, the dates of which will be determined by the supervising authorities, with a maximum of three exams. The student will then bear the examination fees, which cost 250 for each exam.
• The duration of issuing certificates is 30-60 days from the date of passing the tests.

Online distance learning system:

• The student begins the program after completing all fees and procedures and is committed to setting a start date within the first month of the booking date.
• He is allowed to postpone the start for a maximum of 60 days from the date of reservation. In the event of postponement, the support will be lifted and the reservation will continue for a year, provided that the fees are completed at the price at the time of the start of the program.
• The reservation will be cancelled without any refund after one year from the reservation date.
• In case of failure, the student will be required to take a re-examination, the dates of which will be determined by the supervising authorities, with a maximum of three exams. The student will then bear the examination fees, which cost 250 for each exam.
• The duration of issuing certificates is 30-60 days from the date of passing the tests.
• The student's account will be closed after passing the tests.

• The administration has the right to change the training dates due to emergency circumstances of the place and lecturers.
• Program certificates will not be received until the procedures and fees are completed and the tests and examinations set by the international bodies supervising the academy are passed.
