About the Course

This lecture provides a comprehensive framework for designing safe, effective, and evidence-based exercise programs tailored to individual needs and goals.

Participants will learn the sequential process of program design, beginning with initial consultation and fitness assessment, followed by identifying primary training goals, selecting appropriate training loads, applying periodization models, organizing training variables, and developing weekly training plans.

The lecture also explores exercise selection and order, progression and deload strategies, resistance training systems, and methods for maximizing long-term adaptations while improving adherence and reducing injury risk.

By the end of the lecture, participants will be able to design individualized resistance and cardiovascular training programs for clients with different fitness levels and objectives.
