About the Course

The capstone of the lecture. Students will synthesize every concept learned so far to build fully customized, structurally sound, and clinically safe nutrition plans from scratch for any client profile.

What Students Should Know Entering This Session: How to calculate TDEE, allocate macros/micros, select safe supplements, and adapt diets for clinical conditions (Mastery of Sessions 1 through 5). Core Learning Objectives:

  • Design a comprehensive, individualized nutrition plan starting from raw client intake data.
  • Mathematically divide a client’s calculated daily caloric target across a structured meal schedule.
  • Distribute precise gram allocations of carbohydrates, proteins, and lipids systematically across those individual meals.
  • Integrate specific micronutrient targets and preventative strategies to eliminate potential dietary deficiencies.
  • Translate raw mathematical data into a highly visual, easy-to-follow, practical meal plan that ensures real-world client compliance.
